Role: HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Execute company-wide engagement initiatives that foster Infinium’s culture of ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
  • Drive events, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Conduct periodic feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and employee connect programs.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations: attendance, leaves, HRMS updates, documentation, and employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of HR data.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth employee life cycle.

3. Performance Management Support

  • Support the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Track progress on employee goals and ensure timely completion of performance documentation.
  • Assist in identifying capability gaps and coordinating relevant training programs.

4. Employee Relations & Workplace Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
  • Provide guidance to employees on policies, processes, and HR procedures.
  • Escalate issues to the Head of HR with timely insights and recommended actions.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain updated HR records for audits, documentation, and legal adherence.
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in applying HR rules and SOPs across teams.

Ideal Qualification & Skills:

· 3–7 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, engagement, and employee relations.

· Experience in real estate, construction, retail, or fast-paced environments is an added advantage.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.

· High ownership, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
