Position Title: Corporate HR – HR Business Partner

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Education: MBA in HR or related specialization Role

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, policy creation & implementation, cultural development, and strategic HR programs. This role will not involve payroll or statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Act as a strategic partner to business units by supporting people strategies aligned with organizational goals.

➢ Design, develop, and deploy HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across the organization. ➢ Drive employee engagement programs, cultural initiatives, and organizational development activities.

➢ Identify HR process gaps and propose innovative solutions using data and AI-based tools.

➢ Lead initiatives around employer branding, rewards & recognition, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.

➢ Conduct HR analytics using Excel/AI tools to derive insights and recommend improvements.

➢ Facilitate communication between employees and management, ensuring employee voice and feedback mechanisms.

➢ Coordinate and support performance management cycle, learning needs identification, and talent development programs.

➢ Support change management initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Skills & Competencies

➢ Strong knowledge and exposure to HRBP functions, talent development, OD, and engagement.

➢ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

➢ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-based HR tools.

➢ Strong analytical abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

➢ Passion for innovation, people, and new HR trends/strategies.
