HR Business Partner

Job Overview:

Infinity Replacement is our dedicated window and door replacement business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with deep expertise in Employee Relations (ER) to join our growing HR team and support leaders across the Infinity Replacement organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and is passionate about navigating complex ER matters.

In this role, Employee Relations will be a primary focus. You’ll lead and support a wide range of ER topics—including investigations, performance and conduct issues, policy interpretation, coaching leaders through sensitive situations, and ensuring consistent application of our people practices.

As an HRBP, you’ll also build trusted partnerships with leaders and employees, provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, and contribute to culture, talent development, and operational HR support. You’ll bring sound judgment, balanced recommendations, and a solutions‑oriented mindset to each situation—helping ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with our values.
Highlights of your role:
  • Manage a high volume of Employee Relations cases with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations involving performance, conduct, and policy concerns.
  • Provide consultative guidance to leaders on corrective action and conflict resolution.
  • Coach leaders on maintaining positive, productive, and compliant employee relationships.
  • Identify ER trends and recommend proactive improvements and training opportunities.
  • Partner with leaders to align HR support with business and workforce needs.
  • Support performance management and organizational development efforts.
  • Facilitate training, learning programs, and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR support.
  • Assist with change management and help strengthen a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement strategies, surveys, and action planning.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Strong interviewing, investigation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume work with accuracy and independence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance business priorities with fair, consistent application of policy.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Comfort using HR systems and dashboards to interpret and share data.
  • Experience with UKG Pro or a similar HRIS (preferred).
We also want to make sure you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience with significant ER case management.
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce and leaders across multiple locations or functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADAAA, EEO, wage & hour, etc.).
  • Experience supporting teams of 300+ employees is highly preferred.
