Key Responsibilities:

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure a high-performing team
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
• Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
