The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an entry-level position that supports Global HR Business Partner teams in developing and executing specific projects. This role provides daily support to domestic and international clients, manages HRIS/data, and delivers HR lifecycle processes. The position requires building knowledge across multiple client organizations to provide efficient, quality results while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical compliance
- Adhere to Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies and Management System
- Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values
- Seek continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & Environmental protection
- Submit and track employee changes through various Weatherford HR systems
- Support the full recruitment process from position creation to new hire approval
- Assist with comprehensive onboarding activities for new hires
- Support HRMS data management, reporting, and data accuracy
- Assist with international transfers and global mobility support
- Support Listen Up cases and investigations
- Assist with annual HR cycle activities (performance management, talent, merit)
- Participate in assigned projects and tasks
- Maintain familiarity with Company's Quality policies
- Take an active role in compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System
- Prioritize service quality and seek areas for improvement
- Engage and manage stakeholders to develop productive relationships at all organizational levels
- Maintain effective communications with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate financial responsibility for organizational expenses
- Ensure costs are within approved budgets and follow relevant financial policies
- Take responsibility for personal career development
- Complete necessary function, compliance & business standards training
- Engage regularly with line manager to discuss performance and development opportunities
- Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford standards
- Contribute to the Weatherford HR strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Human Resources experience as generalist or specialist
Master's in Human Resources (preferred)
