About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dubai, UAE.


The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, aligning people strategies with business objectives. The role will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders and department heads.
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower requirements.
  • Manage and support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Lead and support performance management processes across the organization.
  • Identify talent, training, and development needs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Manage employee relations matters professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable UAE labor regulations.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Partner with HR teams and business functions to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong experience partnering with business leaders and senior management.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
