Role Summary
Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to General Managers within 7 Management's Nightlife division, translating operational objectives into practical, high-impact people strategies. The role bridges centralised HR Centres of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Operations, with venue leadership, tailoring HR practices to Nightlife's operating realities while maintaining Group alignment.
Key Responsibilities

HR Operations: Acts as trusted advisor to GMs across assigned Nightlife venues, translating operational priorities into HR action. Oversees onboarding, transfers, payroll coordination, and offboarding across 3–5 venues, delegating operational execution to the HR Executive while retaining accountability for outcomes.

Team Oversight: Manages and develops an HR Executive, ensuring consistent case handling, documentation standards, and day-to-day coordination with venue leadership.

Collaboration with CoE: Partners with TA, L&D, ER, and HR Operations CoEs to deliver group-aligned programmes suited to Nightlife's staffing volatility and operating hours.

Talent Acquisition: Drives workforce planning and recruitment for FOH, BOH, and specialist Nightlife roles (e.g. door/security) across assigned venues within agreed timelines.

Payroll: Owns monthly payroll inputs (new hires, transfers, offboarding, leave, deductions) for assigned Nightlife venues, ensuring accuracy and WPS compliance.

Employee Relations: Primary HR point of contact for ER matters across assigned venues, partnering with the ER & Legal CoE on investigations and disciplinary processes per UAE labour law.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensures policy and statutory compliance across venues; prepares headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and ER reporting with actionable recommendations.

Venue Presence: Conducts regular in-venue inspections and GM check-ins during standard business hours; occasional evening presence may be required to observe live operations relevant to ER or compliance matters.
Qualifications

Degree in HR or related field.

6–8 years' HR experience, preferably multi-site hospitality, F&B, or nightlife.

Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Prior experience managing or coordinating a direct report preferred.

Proven ability to influence senior operational stakeholders.

Fluent English; Arabic a must.

Proficient in WebHR payroll, and MS Office.
