Partner with tech leads and managers to align HR strategies with business goals

Act as the go-to person for employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture building

Support HR operations, compliance, and reporting for your teams

Use data and insights to influence organizational decisions and workforce planning
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3–6 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role, ideally in a software/tech environment

Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR operations

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Passion for building high-performing, engaged teams in a fast-paced tech environment
