  • Partner with tech leads and managers to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Drive performance management, career growth, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as the go-to person for employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture building
  • Support HR operations, compliance, and reporting for your teams
  • Use data and insights to influence organizational decisions and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role, ideally in a software/tech environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for building high-performing, engaged teams in a fast-paced tech environment
