Strategic HR Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on people-related strategies and workforce planning.

Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives support company growth, change and transformation.

Lead organizational design discussions to improve structure, efficiency, and effectiveness within supported functions.
Talent Management & Succession Planning

Drive talent revies, workforce planning, and succession planning for VP and below roles.

Collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to build future leadership pipelines.
-
Support internal mobility and career development initiatives to retain top talent.
Employee Relations & Compliance
-
Provide guidance and counsel on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Conduct investigations on workplace concerns, collaborating with Legal to mitigate risks.

Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Performance & Compensation
- Partner with the Total Rewards team to drive performance management cycles, merit reviews, and incentive planning.

Provide compensation guidance to leaders, ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices.

Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

Lead HR efforts in change management initiatives, including business transformations, restructuring, and Integration activities.

Act as a cultural steward, reinforcing company values and driving leadership behaviors that support a positive work environment.

Implement HR initiatives that foster agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in an HRBP and/or HR role providing strategic advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and associates in a highly complex and dynamic business setting.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

SPHR or PHR certification preferred.

Strong, demonstrated proficiency with organizational and communication skills, influence, adaptability/flexibility, and building relationships.

Ability to act independently on a variety of complex and challenging situations

Maintains high integrity and accountability when managing confidential HR matters
