HR Business Partner – Global Sales Hiring (Coaching & Mentoring Software)
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner who can build and scale our global Business Development team for our coaching software platform. This role blends international recruitment, sales onboarding, and performance enablement, ensuring every Business Development Executive (BDE) hired is fully equipped to generate revenue quickly. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to create a high‑performance culture that reflects the values of coaching, growth, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead global hiring for Business Development Executives across the GCC, Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.
- Build sourcing strategies targeting candidates with SaaS, HR tech, coaching, or L&D sales experience.
- Design and run competency‑based interviews focused on consultative selling, product demos, and closing ability.
- Develop onboarding programs that teach BDEs our coaching software, value propositions, and sales playbooks.
- Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and CRM workflows.
- Track and improve early‑stage performance metrics such as demo quality, conversion rates, and ramp‑up time.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to set KPIs, quotas, and performance expectations aligned with SaaS sales cycles.
- Identify performance gaps early and implement coaching or improvement plans.
- Support global HR operations including contracts, compliance, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Build a high‑energy, coaching‑centric sales culture that rewards performance and continuous learning.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of HRBP, Talent Acquisition, or Sales Enablement experience.
- Proven track record hiring global SaaS or coaching‑tech sales teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, KPIs, and enterprise buying behaviour.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to assess sales talent quickly and accurately.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using CRM and HR analytics tools.
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management.
