The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong institutional and corporate relationships, and driving strategic alliances to expand our educational offerings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting universities and corporates.</li><li>Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, universities, and training heads of corporates.</li><li>Identify client needs and propose customized training or education solutions.</li><li>Lead end-to-end sales cycle &ndash; from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closure.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of programs.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.</li><li>Represent the company at education fairs, conferences, and networking events.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in education outreach, university collaboration, or corporate training sales.</li><li>Strong network within academic institutions and corporates preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.</li><li>Passionate about education and lifelong learning.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>New Delhi G.P.O., Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales in Education Industry: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
