Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations & Travel
- Managing Director Support: Coordinating high-priority board meetings, client dinners, and internal briefings.
- Complex Travel Logistics: Full-cycle management of frequent domestic and international travel, ensuring the MD has a seamless "mobile office" environment at all times.
- Business Correspondence: Managing the MD's professional communications, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and filtering for priority business opportunities.
2. Social Media & Thought Leadership
- Brand Development: Managing and growing the MD’s professional presence on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Real-time Content Capture: Accompanying the MD to conferences and site visits to capture high-quality photo and video content.
- Digital Editing & Posting: Drafting insightful captions and editing short-form video (Reels/Shorts) that reflects the MD’s leadership style and industry expertise.
- Community Management: Monitoring industry trends and engaging with key stakeholders on social platforms on behalf of the MD.
3. Logistics & Technical Support
- Mobile Efficiency: Ensuring all technical assets (presentation gear, media equipment, and connectivity tools) are operational during transit.
- Physical Presence: Managing corporate luggage and equipment; providing a polished, professional presence as the MD’s "right hand" in high-level business settings.
Requirements & Profile
- Preference: Male candidate preferred (due to intensive travel logistics and shared professional contexts).
- Corporate Acumen: Understanding of business hierarchy and the ability to interact confidently with other C-suite executives and Managing Directors.
- Media Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Canva) and a strong eye for professional photography/framing.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel 60%–80% of the time, often on short notice, with a valid passport.
- Discretion: Absolute adherence to non-disclosure and confidentiality regarding sensitive company data and the MD’s professional network.

- Brand Growth: Measurable increase in social media engagement and follower quality for the MD’s professional accounts.
