Marketing Manager (Events, Social Media & Strategic Partnerships)

Job Description: Marketing Manager (Events, Content & Strategic Partnerships)

Reports to: CEO / Manager – Business Growth & Operations

Direct Reports: Social Media Coordinators, Freelance Designers/Editors (as needed)

Location: [Global/Dubai HQ]

Objective: To serve as the "Growth Engine" and "Face of the Brand" by architecting a global event ecosystem, building strategic alliances, and driving measurable revenue through high-impact content and community engagement.

Executive Summary

The Marketing Manager – Events, Content & Strategic Partnerships is a high-visibility, hybrid role designed for a "Strategic Operator." You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our global events—both online and physical—serving as the lead host and moderator. Beyond logistics, you are tasked with building a powerful network of influencers and corporate partners to scale our reach. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and hard revenue data, ensuring that every social post, webinar, and partnership translates into business growth for Coach Transformation and Team Transformation.

Core Pillars of Responsibility

1. High-Visibility Hosting & Event Management

  • The "Face of the Brand": Act as the lead host, moderator, and MC for all global webinars, virtual summits, and physical workshops. You must be high-energy, articulate, and capable of engaging C-suite audiences.
  • End-to-End Event Lifecycle: Concept, design, and execute an annual "Global Event Calendar" including executive roundtables, international graduations, and lead-generation webinars.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage all logistics for physical events (venue negotiation, AV, catering, onsite flow) and digital events (platform management, tech rehearsals, attendee support).

2. Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

  • Influencer Strategy: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and HR tech voices. Design "Win-Win" campaigns to leverage their audiences for database growth.
  • Strategic Alliances: Proactively secure collaborations with corporate entities, professional bodies (e.g., ICF chapters, SHRM), and universities to co-brand events and share leads.
  • Partnership Monetization: Negotiate sponsorships and joint-venture models that reduce event overhead while maximizing brand prestige.

3. Community Management & Graduate Engagement

  • Alumni Advocacy: Engage our global network of 5,000+ graduates, turning them into a primary source of referrals, success stories, and repeat business.
  • Community Growth: Oversee graduate platforms and forums, ensuring high engagement through exclusive "members-only" content and networking events.

4. Content, Social Media & Promotion

  • Digital Hype Engine: Design and execute multi-channel promotional strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Email) to drive high registration and "show-up" rates for all events.
  • Content Creation: Draft high-converting copy for landing pages and emails; produce/oversee short-form video (Reels/Shorts) that teases upcoming events and highlights our methodology.
  • Social Presence: Own the daily growth and engagement of the firm’s social media accounts, ensuring the "brand voice" is consistent and authoritative.

5. Revenue Tracking, Analytics & Competitor Insight

  • Engagement-to-Revenue Tracking: Maintain a rigorous system to track leads from their first social touchpoint or influencer referral through to event registration and final B2B/B2C conversion.
  • Competition Analysis: Monitor global competitors (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry) to identify their event and content strategies; pivot our tactics to maintain a competitive lead.
  • Program Innovation: Identify gaps in the market and propose new courses, certifications, or digital products based on attendee and graduate feedback.

Essential Competencies

  • On-Camera Presence: Polished, professional, and engaging hosting abilities.
  • Strategic Matchmaking: The ability to identify and "sell" partnerships to high-level stakeholders.
  • Full-Funnel Marketing: Deep understanding of how content drives traffic, and traffic drives revenue.
  • Agility & Grit: Comfort in an evolving organizational structure with the ability to "build the plan & execute it."

Note to the Candidate: Our organization is currently in a phase of strategic evolution and structural growth. As a result, this Job Description is a living document and is subject to change. We are looking for a pioneer who is excited to define this role and become a cornerstone of our global success.
