Lead the recruitment process for assigned clients

Act as the sole point of contact from Madre for client management and employee engagement activities

Create job description depending on the requirement

Screen CV's, job application forms, and candidate legal documents for authenticity and confirm the same

Conduct interviews for candidates via phone/video, in-person
-
Organize job offer letters, facilitate vis process, and all onboarding requirements as per client request
-
Institute a professional relationship with clients by addressing their concerns and queries in the best capacity
-
Manage the post hiring procedures and on-going employee life cycle
Requirements
-
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources/Management Studies/Humanities/Social Sciences
-
Experience in recruiting and mobilizing manpower in client sites

Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred
-
Experience in Zoho Recruit is preferred
