Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with regional and branch managers to understand business goals and translate them into HR action plans.
- Drive manpower planning and budgeting aligned with growth targets.
- Support leadership in organizational design and change management initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring for branch and regional roles.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Ensure structured onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor the performance management system.
- Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across branches.
- Conduct regular skip-level meetings and employee connect sessions.
- Analyze attrition trends and recommend corrective measures.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws.
- Maintain statutory compliance as per local and central labor regulations.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions.
- Facilitate leadership development programs for branch managers.
- Track training effectiveness and ROI.
7. HR Operations & MIS
- Maintain accurate HR data and dashboards.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for regional leadership.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR audits.
