Jr. Company Secretary

<div><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p>
<p>We are seeking a qualified and experienced <b>Company Secretary</b> to join our NBFC team. The ideal candidate will have at least <b>0.6 Month of relevant experience</b> in a similar role within the financial services sector and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and ROC filings. Immediate joiners will be given preference</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI regulations, and NBFC-specific regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Conduct board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes</li>

<li>Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and secretarial tools/software</li></ul></div>
