We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable HR plans and initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Lead and support the full cycle of talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Drive effective employee relations by investigating and resolving complex employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, helping business units navigate organizational changes, restructurings, and cultural transformations.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose organizational issues, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver HR-related training programs and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities and employee effectiveness.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and high performance.
