As our HRBP in Dubai, you'll be part of global HR team and work with senior business leaders and various stakeholders to shape how we grow, how we lead, and how we perform. You'll move between big-picture organizational strategy and on-the-ground execution turning people insights into decisions that matter.

Job Requirements

5+ years experience in a true HRBP role with hands on capabilities and mindset.

Proven track record supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ideally in tech, fintech, or financial services.

Deep working knowledge of UAE employment law; familiarity with DIFC/ADGM regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.

Hands-on experience across core HR disciplines: talent management, compensation, employee relations, L&D, and recruitment.

Proficiency with HiBob or a comparable HRIS.

Strong proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation
Job Responsibilities

Be a team player in global HR team - you’ll work closely with all HR domains professionals team members (e.g. Talent Acquisition) to cooperate on the requirements for implementing global processes, programs and policies.

Lead and partner on HR related projects and process from initiation to execution with ‘can-do’ and hands-on attitude.

Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders across your assigned business units in Dubai.

Implement actionable people plans with clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Work closely with HR Operations to direct and executed in high professional manner.

Improve HR process adoption by simplifying workflows and removing friction.

Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, speed, and sound judgment.

Ensure finera. remains fully compliant with UAE Labour Law and applicable regulations.

Develop and maintain HR policies that protect the business and reflect our values.

Champion effective use of HiBob across your client groups driving system hygiene and digital HR capability.

Report directly to CHRO.
