The position involves:

Partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company growth and organizational objectives.

Leading performance management systems, goal-setting frameworks, and employee development initiatives to strengthen accountability and capability.

Driving succession planning and talent pipeline development to ensure leadership continuity and future readiness.

Shaping and strengthening a high-performance, value-driven organizational culture across the company and its subsidiaries.

Implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, collaboration, and retention.

Overseeing recruitment and retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.

Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and managing employee relations with fairness and business alignment.

Managing HR operations, policies, and digital systems, including ERP and government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).

Providing hands-on coaching and advisory support to managers on people-related matters and organizational challenges.

Monitoring HR metrics and workforce analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
We are Looking for:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role.

Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant local regulations.

Working knowledge of Saudi government HR-related platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI.

Proven experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.

Strong understanding of HR systems and digital HR processes; experience with ERP systems.

Saudi national preferred.

Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
