HR Business Partner (Male)

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
  • Support change management and organizational transformation projects
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning and talent management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
  • Previous experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, and organizational design
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

    English Must Be Fluent
