HR Clerk Job Responsibilities:

· Answering phone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff

· Maintaining Indeed account, pre-screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with manager.

· Preparing and managing employees/contractors file and ensuring HR documentation and credentials are up to date

· Updating HR information in office system

· Reviewing claims submitted by staff for accurate billing

· Identifying and correcting errors in billing

· Communicating with appropriate personnel when consents and prescriptions are expiring

· Organizing and maintaining passive files

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or higher

Must be able to pass a background check

Must speak, write, read English. Bilingual preferred

Must have MS Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
