Job Description:

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and the Human Resources Department.

Reporting Relationship
Human Resources Manager

Scope of Supervision
None

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, faxing, copying, organizing data into spreadsheets and other clerical duties as directed
• Assist with on-boarding process.
• Recruiting efforts: downloading resumes into tracking system, scheduling interviews and pre-confirm applicants, setting up; send applications and follow-up with candidates
• Maintain company Time-Off Calendar
• Front Desk Back-up Receptionist as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization while utilizing strong interpersonal skills and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Minimum Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, including effective speaking and writing.
• Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, skillfully gather and analyze information, and present data in a resourceful manner
• Computer literate with experience in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
