HR Co-ordinator

Join Our Team as an HR Coordinator!

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with strong UAE experience to support and streamline our HR operations. If you have hands-on experience with UAE government portals, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for HR—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end HR coordination and employee lifecycle processes
  • Handle all UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, etc.)
  • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government portals & procedures
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory) and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
