Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will manage and support all human resources functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, compliance, and documentation for riders and car drivers. This role ensures smooth HR operations, supports workforce engagement, and facilitates alignment between HR processes and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training for new drivers and riders.
- Prepare and issue job offer letters and manage employee loan documentation.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, Emirates ID, and other government-related documentation.
Employee Records & Administration:
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR databases.
- Compile HR-related data and prepare the Weekly Business Report (WBR) for management.
- Schedule and maintain records for Food Safety and OHC training to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with PRO and recruiters for visa updates and maintain employee data in both portal and manual databases.
- Assist in payroll documentation, including loan, advance, and other outstanding sheets.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
- Support performance evaluation processes and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive work culture and engagement initiatives among staff.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all riders and drivers maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance.
- Maintain and update master sheet data for all riders.
- Prepare HR reports for management as required.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate skill development, safety, and regulatory training sessions.
- Assist in creating and updating training materials for operational staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in logistics, transportation, or delivery services.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
