Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
