Female HR Officer - Arabic Speaker

Good day, we are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Generalist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR support
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
