Physiotherapist - Female ( Arabic Speaker only)

• Physiotherapist work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuro musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks;
• Diagnose, assess and treat their physical problem/condition;
• Develop and review treatment programs that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques.
• Reviewing recovery according to the patient’s individualized needs.
• Conduct complex mobilization techniques.
• Provides treatment through the use of Therapeutic exercises, manipulation, mobilization, hydrotherapy, electro- therapeutic and mechanical devices & other therapeutic agents.
• Provides progress reports of patients every set of sessions completed and/or as referred.
• Checks performance of daily start-up and shut down of automated physical therapy equipment.
• Train of new Physiotherapy Staff in physical therapy procedures.
• Educate family members on activities that can be carried out at home to aid patient’s recovery process.
• Refer patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
• Implement quality control, quality assurance, and risk management as they relate to physical therapy functions.
• Handle maintenance and safe storage of all physical therapy tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention;
• Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients;
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

Experience:

• Physiotherapy: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DHP/ Prometric and Dataflow (Required)
