HSE Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer with a background in Oil and Gas Civil Projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in site supervision, safety management, and coordination with project teams. The candidate should be proactive in ensuring safety standards are maintained and support the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and coordinate with project engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants
• Provide safety support and guidance to the workforce throughout all activities
• Develop and deliver operational processes in a safe manner
• Enforce company policies and procedures for all personnel
• Follow project JHA / Risk Assessment procedures, identify hazards, assess risks, and implement relevant controls
• Prepare and maintain site documents for internal HSE audits
• Support HSE input during HSE management system reviews
• Monitor and maintain incident reports from work sites
• Conduct training sessions as per the Training Plan and competency development requirements
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management
• Seek clarity and understanding from the project manager whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Oil and Gas Civil Projects
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially in preparing reports
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and risk management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
