JOB Description

Ideal candidates should have proven expertise in the following areas:

• Creating, implementing, and updating HR policies
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and Gratuity
• Managing labour law adherence and grievance redressal frameworks
• Experience in handling POSH policy implementation and overall HR compliance
