Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Officer to ensure the organization's HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, customer compliance requirements, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in HR compliance, documentation, audits, and employee record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and customer code of conduct requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in internal and external compliance audits.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, leave records, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee awareness sessions on workplace policies and compliance standards.
• Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on audit findings.
• Ensure proper documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee files.
• Work closely with HR and management to improve compliance processes.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Compliance, Social Compliance, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Pakistan Labour Laws and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with compliance audits and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
