Job Purpose

To drive business growth for the HR consultancy by acquiring new clients, promoting HR services, closing service contracts, and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure revenue generation and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across SMEs and corporates in the UAE
  • Promote HR consultancy services, including HR setup, compliance, policies, recruitment support, and HR outsourcing
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close service agreements

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client HR needs and coordinate service delivery with internal teams
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction

Revenue & Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Upsell additional HR services to existing clients
  • Maintain sales pipeline and submit periodic performance reports

Authority

  • Authorized to negotiate pricing within approved limits
  • Final contract approval subject to management authorization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or consulting services
  • UAE market experience preferred
