As a Stratagyn Consultant, you will either be working on multiple projects or handling the entire HR for client(s). You’ll play a pivotal role in the assignment you work on, and will influence all HR initiatives and ideas at the client’s site.

Drive end-to-end HR operations for clients, support the complete employee lifecycle, and lead HR initiatives while being part of a passionate, high-energy team that values collaboration and creativity.

Life as a HR Consultant

As an HR Consultant at Stratagyn, you will manage end-to-end HR operations for client organisations, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. This role offers tremendous exposure, dynamic responsibilities, and exciting work across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, benefits, training, and compliance.

You will act as a bridge between management and employees, and your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees to resolve work-related issues
  • Designing and implementing customized HR initiatives
  • Managing employee benefits, training programs, attendance, and payroll support
  • Preparing HR dashboards and reports
