Lead end-to-end delivery of HR data and technology initiatives, from discovery and design through implementation and change management within our Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting organization.

Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives that influence decision-making at all levels.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and HR teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.

Continuously assess and improve data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
