Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for executive to senior management and leadership roles across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and on-boarding.
 - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates for executive and senior management positions across diverse sectors.
 - Build and manage a robust talent pipeline by leveraging various sourcing channels, networking, and proactive candidate engagement.
 - Utilize job portals and recruitment software effectively, including job posting, mass mailing, and headhunting, to identify and attract top candidates.
 - Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and team dynamics, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
 - Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and efficient management of candidate expectations.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and provide actionable insights.
 - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in handling executive and senior management roles in a consultancy or HR environment.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency.
 - Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques, and experience with building talent management pipelines.
 - Hands-on experience with job portals and related activities, including job posting, mass mailing, headhunting, and using recruitment software.
 - Ability to work within a diverse and inclusive environment and align with the company’s vision and values.
