Job Summary

  • Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Statistics, or similar fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management control and/or financial analysis.
  • Strong command of MS Office package, especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset, business-oriented approach, and strong attention to detail.
  • Reporting directly to the management of the People & Culture department.

Duties

At Frit Ravich, we are evolving towards a more data-driven model, where People and Finance work together in an integrated way to make better decisions and anticipate future business needs.

We are looking for a profile capable of connecting both areas and helping us take a major step forward in how we analyze and understand personnel costs.

You will be responsible for analyzing, controlling, and monitoring personnel costs by combining financial and people-related data to generate clear and useful insights. Your work will directly support more strategic, coherent, and business-aligned decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor economic and people-related KPIs, generating actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Support the analysis of compensation-related data, including variable pay, incentives, and other employee-related financial indicators.
  • Define and automate recurring reporting processes, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and consistency of information to improve agility and productivity.
  • Design dashboards in Power BI / SuccessFactors to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Build analytical models to better understand business evolution and trends.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Analyze and monitor personnel costs, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
  • Collaborate in monthly closing processes and participate in audits, ensuring information quality.
  • Participate in non-financial audits (compensation, equality, and other regulatory requirements), ensuring consistency and reliability of data.
