HR Coordinator

Position Summary

Nili Lotan is seeking an HR Coordinator Internto join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a luxury fashion environment, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has 1 year experience in a related field, and brings organization, and a passion for people, ready to grow and contribute in a fast-paced, creative setting.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

• Ensure job requisitions, descriptions, and postings are accurate, current, and high-quality
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows and propose innovative improvements

New Hire Onboarding

• Support onboarding and orientation by preparing materials and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for new hires
• Manage and maintain new hire documents, ensuring they are accurate, organized, and up to date

Collaboration & Communication

• Help keep the team informed by contributing to updates on recruitment activities and initiatives
• Assist with coordinating interview schedules, recruitment events, and team meetings

HR Administration & Projects

• Maintain databases
• Support organizational updates, including preparing and maintaining org charts
• Contribute to HR projects such as compliance tracking, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and communications
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
