We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team! This is a part-time, hourly position, working 25-30 hours per week.


Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator ensures a smooth employee experience through recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR support. The HR Coordinator also serves as a first point of contact for employee questions and assists in maintaining HR systems and processes. This position will report to the HR Manager, and work closely with the HR Intern.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews;

  • Assist with interview logistics and support interviewers as needed;

  • Prepare and extend employment offers in collaboration with HR management;

  • Lead employee orientations and conduct new hire check-ins;

  • Manage onboarding processes, including background checks and system access;

  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring exit documentation and final steps are completed;

  • Assist with employee culture and engagement programs, such as the Mentoring Program;

  • Provide administrative support for company-wide programs and projects;

  • Respond to employee questions related to PTO, holiday schedules, and company policies;

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits and 401(k) plan questions, referring complex issues to HR management or external vendors as appropriate;

  • Maintain and update the company intranet with HR-related content, resources, and announcements;

  • Process employment verifications in a timely manner;

  • Provide assistance with HR-related technology;

  • Track and maintain accurate HR records and documents; and

  • Support HR projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred;

  • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred;

  • Two (2)+ years of experience in a HR administration or HR coordinator role preferred;

  • Basic understanding of HR policies, benefits, and employment laws;

  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines;

  • Team player;

  • Takes initiative;

  • High proficiency in Google Suite.


Job Type: Part-time, hourly

Hourly Rate: $25 - $30

Location: Our office is located in Fort Collins, CO. This position can be hybrid or fully remote within the US.

This position will be available to start between November and January.
