We’re looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to join our People Operations team in Bangalore. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to HR operations while helping you build a strong foundation in people processes.
As an intern, you’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day functioning of the HR team — from enhancing employee experiences to supporting critical HR initiatives. You’ll gain visibility into end-to-end HR operations, while having space to learn and grow.
Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — ensuring seamless and engaging experiences.

Maintain and update HR data and systems, contributing to accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing HR events and activities.

Collaborate across teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of people operations processes.

Manage and track employee queries and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.

Contribute to HR projects such as policy rollouts, process improvements, and culture-building activities.

Gain exposure to areas like payroll support, benefits management, and vendor coordination.

Partner with the HR team on reports, audits, and analytics to drive data-backed decision making.

Collaborate with external vendors to support benefits administration (e.g., meal cards, employee perks) and ensure smooth delivery of employee programs.

Partner with HR leaders and vendors to resolve employee benefit queries and enhance the overall employee experience.

Coordinate with other teams and vendors to close HR tasks effectively.
Qualifications

Degree/Masters in Human Resources or a related field.

Passion for HR and a willingness to learn hands-on.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a People First attitude.

Ability to manage time effectively and take ownership of tasks.
