POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our team members and HR operations at Stratton. This position is the first point of contact for many team members: assisting with onboarding, employee passes and perks, uniforms, nametags, and general HR inquiries. The Coordinator ensures processes are accurate, organized, and delivered with great service. This is a full-time seasonal role, compensated at $20.00 - $23.00/hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Welcome and assist employees with HR questions
Support onboarding tasks including I-9 verification, background checks, and employee data entry
- Support seasonal recruitment efforts through application management & prescreen interviews

Support resort timekeeping tasks and labor management reporting
Provide accurate, timely service for passes, perks, uniforms, and nametags
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with employment requirements
Support HR team projects and day-to-day operations
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma, or equivalent required
Experience:
Previous office, reception, or HR experience preferred
Experience with onboarding systems or E-Verify a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position will be required to work weekends and holidays.
