Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about services and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system and sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and ongoing engagement.
  • Coordinate between clients, design teams, and project managers for smooth communication.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities (email campaigns, social media coordination, events).
  • Prepare sales reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee development programs.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
