Tots to Teens Dental group is a growing network of Pediatric Dental clinics headquartered in San Antonio, with locations across central and south Texas. We pride ourselves on being a leader in the pediatric dental space and want to improve our communities, by improving smiles.

We are currently looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team.

Position Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator will support a variety of HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS updates, and general administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our HR operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure completion of required documentation and system updates for new employees.
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
  • Provide employees with information about available benefits and assist with enrollment.
  • Support the annual open enrollment process.
  • Address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Input and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and accuracy standards.
  • Post job openings on company websites and external platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and background checks.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
