We are currently looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team.
Position Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator will support a variety of HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS updates, and general administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our HR operations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure completion of required documentation and system updates for new employees.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
- Provide employees with information about available benefits and assist with enrollment.
- Support the annual open enrollment process.
- Address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Input and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and accuracy standards.
- Post job openings on company websites and external platforms.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and background checks.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
