Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: On The Wood Head Office – Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding.
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage the monthly and annual HR departmental budget.
  • Conduct routine accommodation inspections.
  • Oversee visa renewals for all employees, as well as license and fleet management.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with senior management to drive company culture and workforce planning.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
