Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: On The Wood Head Office – Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage the monthly and annual HR departmental budget.
- Conduct routine accommodation inspections.
- Oversee visa renewals for all employees, as well as license and fleet management.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with senior management to drive company culture and workforce planning.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
