Autism Center of Excellence, headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, is a leading autism therapy provider delivering high-quality ABA services to children aged 2–16 in a warm, family-centered environment.
We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator (Night Shift) to support and scale our India operations. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on HR experience within the US healthcare industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and processes aligned with Indian labor laws and internal standards.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, compliance records, and employee files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory processes (PF, ESIC, compliance filings) in collaboration with finance and external partners.
- Maintain accurate HR data, track key metrics, and ensure all records are audit-ready.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to work the Night Shift (US business hours).
- 2–3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years handling responsibilities independently or in a senior role.
- Candidates with prior experience in the US Healthcare industry or US Staffing industry are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox.
- Experience working in startups or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools like Zoho Recruit, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.
