Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR processes align with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to co-ordination/Executive profile.
  • Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
