Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR processes align with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to co-ordination/Executive profile.
- Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
