Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Coordinator to support our HR department. The candidate will play a vital role in managing scheduling, processing applications, and maintaining relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews by scheduling Zoom meetings for candidates and interviewers

Confirm attendance for interviews and ensure that all parties are informed of any changes

Assist in tracking and collecting feedback from interviewers promptly

Generate and maintain reports on interview metrics and other HR-related data using Excel or any other tools

Support various HR initiatives as needed
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
