Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will handle employee documentation, recruitment support, onboarding, attendance tracking, and coordination of HR-related processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all procedures and checklists are followed.
- Update and maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with payroll for salary documents, attendance updates, and leave records.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain trackers for leaves, overtime, probation reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports for management.
- Support HR events, training sessions, and internal communication activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR standard
- Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
