Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and proper handling of all HR records
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files to confirm required documentation is complete and properly filed
  • Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, hiring processes, and HR procedures; escalate complex matters to senior HR staff or management as needed
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with payroll-related functions, including processing support, answering employee inquiries, resolving processing errors, and distributing payroll checks when required
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, including health insurance, disability, and retirement plan providers
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
  • Support the planning and execution of HR events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, employee recognition programs, holiday events, and retirement celebrations
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic office software and HR systems
  • Currently available in the UAE
  • Able to join immediately
