Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and proper handling of all HR records
- Perform periodic audits of HR files to confirm required documentation is complete and properly filed
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, hiring processes, and HR procedures; escalate complex matters to senior HR staff or management as needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with payroll-related functions, including processing support, answering employee inquiries, resolving processing errors, and distributing payroll checks when required
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, including health insurance, disability, and retirement plan providers
- Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Support the planning and execution of HR events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, employee recognition programs, holiday events, and retirement celebrations
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic office software and HR systems
- Currently available in the UAE
- Able to join immediately
