HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary

The HR Coordinator manages day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate employee records, and compliance with UAE employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, visas, certifications, and filing of HR documents.

· Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.

· Track attendance, leave, and assist with overtime and payroll documentation.

· Coordinate employment visa processing, medical fitness tests, and government approvals.

· Assist in employee relations matters, including inquiries, documentation, and internal communications.

· Coordinate and maintain employee training records and support training session logistics.

· Prepare HR reports, trackers, and summaries for management.

· Support HR audits, initiatives, and process improvement activities.

· Coordinate HR events and internal programs as required.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5–10 years of experience in HR operations or HR coordination.

· Knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR systems.

· Experience in healthcare, hospital, or multi-entity organizations is an advantage.
