HR Coordinator

Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator with 4–6 years of solid HR experience to support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will help manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment support, compliance, and HR admin functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and offer letters
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Support performance appraisal process
  • Handle employee queries on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in training & development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally in HR coordination or generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and labor regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
