Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling interviews, and supporting talent acquisition processes.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Assist with employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback collection, to promote continuous development.
- Support human capital management initiatives by maintaining accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data, managing workforce management systems like ALORA Healthcare, CARESMARTZ360, SENIOR OPTIONS , and ensuring data integrity through diligent data entry.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution, and supporting change management initiatives.
- Manage many administrative projects
- Prepare for many Home Health Audits
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources coordination or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft proficient in Word, Excel
- Demonstrated ability in project management, training & development coordination, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
