We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator with hands-on UAE experience in employee documentation, visa processing, and government-related procedures. The candidate must be capable of independently handling HR operations for a mid-sized logistics and distribution workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle UAE employment visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation)
- Process Emirates ID, medical, and health card applications & renewals
- Coordinate with PROs, typing centers, and government authorities
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR database
- Support attendance tracking and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of UAE HR experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes, labor procedures, and renewals
- Experience handling medical, Emirates ID, and health card formalities
- Ability to manage documentation for a workforce with multiple drivers and staff
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- UAE Driving License (advantage)
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or fleet-based companies
- Familiarity with managing employee records for field staff (e.g., drivers, van operators)
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month
